John McCain officially accepted the Republican nomination for President.  He delivered his speech to rowdy cheers and applause.  He was rudely interrupted by a few code-pink nut jobs who couldn't show a war hero the respect he's earned from 5 years in a POW camp in North Vietnam, but they were drowned out by the patriotism of the crowd.

McCain's speech lacked Palin's energy, but he delivered in character, his vision for America, and his principles on smaller government, lower taxes, a strong military, and transparency in government.

The table is set, it's time to get to the main course.
