Michael Jacques is one of the most truly evil men in the United States. He stands trial for drugging, sexually assaulting and killing his 12-year old niece, Brooke Bennett.

Brooke was found dead one week after she disappeared in Vermont. Experts concluded she was killed by being smothered with a plastic bag.
