Maybe, like last time, there'll be only Congressional staffers to hear him, although you gotta' feel for them, too. I hope American readers won't feel it degrades previous recipients of the award. Then again, the recipients are a mixed bag. They include Lech Walesa (1989) and Mr Richard Cheney (1991). t Dear Reader
